This project was a fun design challenge. The problem: homeowners love the location of their home, but the layout simply was not functioning well for them. Instead of moving, we helped them create a more functional layout, as well as added an addition to the back of the home. It is important to remember you do not always have to work within the existing dimensions. The main level was completely gutted, walls were moved, and the space transformed into a more open, inviting floor plan.
